Shipping Information

Please allow 2-5 days to process and ship items.  Custom items can take up to 7 days before item is shipped.

All items deliver within 10-20 days sometimes longer because of weekends or holidays.  If your item does not arrive within 40 days please contact us: info@k9warehouse.com

A select few items take 3-7 days while a majority of our items take 10-20 days to arrive due to the fact they ship from our international warehouses. These items are tractable via your national shipping courier. We're working on streamlining our shipping and appreciate your patience. We will speed up our shipping times again as soon as possible!
