If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with any of your purchases we'll refund you 100% of your money.
We accept any new and unused products returned exchanges within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Steps to Return
Contact Us to receive the RMA # and start the return process.
Once you have your RMA #, send your return back to this address including your RMA # inside the package: K9warehouse Returns 118 North Conistor Lane Ste B, Box 184 Liberty, MO, 64068
The product must be in new and unused condition, just like your pup received it.
Once received and inspected, the cost of the product will be refunded back to you.
Once we receive your return, it'll be credited back to the original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for you to see the refund reflected on your account.
If you received a free promotional item with your purchase and it isn't returned, the total value of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
For many of our products, we offer a discounted price for buying in bulk/larger quantities. If you received a bulk or quantity discount and only a partial return was made, the discount that you received will be voided. This means that we will subtract the discount amount from the return.
